Repsol acquires Spanish agency Asterion Energies in €560m deal

Spanish vitality firm Repsol has acquired Asterion Energies from European infrastructure fund Asterion Industrial to expedite its development within the renewable vitality section.

As per the phrases of the deal, Repsol pays a consideration of €560m ($594m) plus as much as €20m ($21m) in contingent funds.

Asterion Energies has a 7.7GW of renewable mission portfolio, that are principally below improvement.
