Fairview Heights man charged as armed routine legal in Madison County

The case was introduced by the Alton Police Division.

Based on courtroom paperwork, on Dec. 21 Phipps allegedly had a reported stolen CANIK TP9SE 9 mm handgun. Based on courtroom paperwork, on Dec. 26 Value allegedly fired a gun within the path of a automobile, realizing it was occupied, and did $500 in injury to the automobile. Bail was set at $100,000.

• Stoy W. Madison, 45, of Caseyville, was charged with legal injury to property over $500, a Class 4 felony. The case was introduced by the Maryville Police Division. Based on courtroom paperwork, on Nov. 17 Madison allegedly broken a window within the Ameren location in Maryville. Bail was set at $10,000.
